For Indian Customers: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

For US Customers: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the applicable jurisdiction.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
