Can I use the portal on multiple sites? +
Single-domain license allows use on 1 domain. For multiple sites, upgrade to the unlimited-domains license.
What's the refund policy? +
7-day no-questions-asked refund. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support and we'll refund the full amount.
Are updates free? +
Yes โ lifetime updates are included. When a new version is released, re-download from your account.
Can I modify the source code? +
Absolutely. All portals ship with unencrypted, well-commented PHP source code. Customize freely.
What's the license for? +
You receive a license key that must be entered during installation. This activates the portal on your domain and provides call-home validation.
Do you provide support? +
Yes โ 30 days email support with single-domain license, 90 days with unlimited-domains. Extended support available.
Can I resell the portals? +
No. The license is for your own use. To resell, contact us for a reseller agreement.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) for India, PayPal for international customers. Bank transfer for large orders.
Will the portal work on shared hosting? +
Yes! All portals are designed for shared hosting. No CLI, no composer, no special server config. Just upload and run.
Do portals work with WordPress? +
Portals are standalone PHP applications. They can be installed in a subfolder alongside WordPress, but they don't integrate as WP plugins.
How fast are the portals? +
Very fast. JSON storage means no database queries. Typical page load: under 200ms on shared hosting.
